Background
I create value by connecting people with meaningful, nuanced, and digestible knowledge to create transformation. To do this, I have many ‘tools in my toolkit’ to solve problems. No matter the approach, I bring an intersectional lens to my analysis of the issues and I foreground social justice in my solutions.
I believe strongly in an empathetic and compassionate style of leadership that taps into individuals’ intrinsic motivation to do excellent work and harnesses the power of trusting, committed, and accountable teams to meet and exceed deliverables both on time and on budget.
No problem is too small - or too big! Visit the Services page to read about some of my problem solving approaches. You can also view the Past Projects page to learn more about projects I have supported.
I want to help you achieve your social impact.
Let’s explore the possibilities together.
